001 Renee discusses mental health in the workplace, and how mental health impacts team members and their work. She shares her passion for the Full Focus Planner®, which I can certainly relate to. Renee has successfully grown out of workaholism into a more balanced system that allows her to keep all aspects of her life top of mind. She discusses the importance of looking back and celebrating the wins and reviewing what went well and what didn’t go so well. Critical to accountability, considerations when goal setting are knowing your key motivators and ensuring the right goals. Setting goals when others are involved can also be a great accountability strategy. Having an analog habit tracker, sometimes big, on the wall, in front of you can be the best way to grow into new good habits. Renee also covers some great considerations for choosing the right planning system for you, namely “If you’re going to get the benefit out of it you’ve got to put enough time into it to make sure that it works or doesn’t”
